摘要
目的:探讨心血管内科护理中的人本理念的应用效果。方法:随机选择2014年3月至2015年3月阳江市人民医院心血管内科的60例患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组采用人本理念护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者的护理质量以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度、护理质量都明显优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:坚持人本理念能从心血管内科护理中的临床工作特点出发,有效地缓解护士工作压力,更好了解患者的护理需求,从而更好的为患者提供有效的护理服务,提高护理质量以及护理满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of humanistic concept in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing. Methods 60 patients of cardiovascular internal medicine from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were randomly selected as the research group, and the group are cared by the concept of humanistic, while the control group using conventional care. Comparing the two groups of patients after nursing quality and nursing satisfaction. Results the satisfaction with nursing care and nursing quality of the research group are obviously better than that of control group, the data comparison difference of the two groups of is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion adhering to the people-oriented concept work effectively in the cardiovascular internal medicine nursing clinical characteristics, and it will effectively alleviate the pressure of the nurses work and understand the patient＇s care needs better, thus it provides patients with effective nursing service, improved the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
