摘要
针对我国目前儿童疾病诊治中看病难、儿童专用药少、儿科医生流失严重等问题,从儿童自身的特殊性进行考量,提出了倡导医患相互关怀、积极培养并留住儿科人才、实现分级转诊的解决方案。在全力保障患病儿童身心健康的前提下,从营造儿童疾病诊治人文关怀的氛围、塑造儿科医护人员的人文精神、增设儿童医院自觉践行人文关怀理念、满足患儿及家长的人文需求等4个方面对儿童诊治中的人文关怀进行了探讨。
Concerning the difficulty of seeing a pedestrian, few special medicines for children and serious brain drain of pediatricians, this paper focuses on the partieularity of children patients to put forward the solution plan of ＂mutual care＂ between patients and doetors, active culti- vation of doctors and incentives to retain pediatricians and realization of classified referral. Under the prerequisite of ensuring the physical and medical heath of children. This paper further explores the human care in pediatrics from five aspects, namely ereating an atmosphere featuring hu- man care in pediatrics, reshaping pediatric medical staffs＇humane spirit and their active implementation of the concept of human care in medical treatment practices, meeting the children patients＂ and their parents＂ humanity demands, and achieving a win -win situation.
