摘要
为防止低温省煤器发生低温腐蚀,分析低温腐蚀机理和计算烟气露点温度后确定低温省煤器的安全壁温根据"有限腐蚀"的设计思路进行低温省煤器的设备选型,给出控制低温腐蚀速率的低温省煤器工程设计方案。
In order to prevent the occurrence of low temperature corrosion of low temperature economizer, analysis of low temperature corrosion mechanism and calculation of flue gas dew point temperature of low temperature economizer to determine the security wall temperature, according to the design idea of 'limited corrosion' for equipment selection of low temperature economizer are given to control the low temperature corrosion rate of low temperature economizer engineering design scheme.
