摘要
大功率电站锅炉炉膛换热计算的精度一直是电站锅炉行业普遍关注的重要问题。本文研究了苏联提出的炉膛换热计算校准方法的建立基础,并进行了实际应用。采用该方法能大幅度减小计算值与实际值的偏差,对大多数锅炉可靠性高。可以作为我国大功率电站锅炉设计、运行及诊断过热器超温的重要技术依据。
The percise calculation of heat transfer in furnaces of large boilers has long been a serious problem deeply concerned by boiler industry in our country. In this paper, the soviet calibration method for calculating the heat tranfer in fturnaces is studied and applied to practical calculations. The results show that the differences between the actual values and calculated values are greatly reduced by using this method, thus, providing an important technical basis for the design and operation of large capacity boilers on domestic power stations.
