摘要
本文主要论述了控制轧制、过冷奥氏体形变热处理的形变诱发塑性对钢显微组织和强韧性的影响,并叙述了相应的机制。热轧、析出、再结晶、相变、冷变形和时效的巧妙复合的特殊热处理工艺使10Ni-18Co-12Mo-Ti钢的抗拉强度达4292MPa。
This paper deals with the effect of the controlled-rolling, ausforming and TRI on the microstructure and strength-toughness properties in steel. The corresponding mechanisms have been described. By using the special heat treatment associated with hot-rolling, precipitation, recrystallization, transformation, cold-deformation and age, the tensile strength of 10Ni-18Co-12Mo-Ti steel may increase up to 4292 MPa.
