摘要
将视觉检测技术与数控运动机构相结合,利用数控运动机构带动视觉成像系统做精确可控的运动可以有效弥补视觉成像系统检测范围有限的问题,且兼具高精度、高效率、非接触、自动化程度高等优点。就相机与数控运动机构间位姿关系的标定进行了研究,给出了一种适合工程应用的标定方法。
A visual sensor is combined with a m ulti-axis CNC equipment to make a precise measurement by the movable m ulti-axisCNC equipment with the visual sensor, the limitation of inspection range of simple visual detection methods can be overcome. by thismeasuring technique with high precision, high efficiency, non-contact and high automaticity. The method used to calibrate the poserelationship between the camera and the m ulti-axis CNC equipment is proposed in this paper and this method is suitable for engineeringapplications.
