摘要
本文针对基于坐标测量机的双目视觉方法的测距误差进行了详细的分析 ,误差来源分为 :1 摄像机坐标系与坐标测量机坐标系不正交引起的测距误差 ;2 坐标测量机的机构误差引起的测距误差 ;3 摄像机CCD像面上像元的量化误差引起的测距误差。本文对以上三种误差因素进行讨论 ,给出了相应的误差公式 。
A detailed analysis of ranging error of binocular v ision method based on Corrdinate Measuring Machine(CMM)is presented in this paper.The error factors can be divided into following three types:1.The ranging error caused by non orthogonality between Camera Coordinate System and Coordinate Measuring Machine Coordinate System.2.The ranging error caused by mechanism error of Coordinate Measuring Machine.3.The ranging error caused by quantization error of image element on CCD image plane of camera.The corresponding comprehensive error formula are given based on the discussion of above three error factors,all this lay a solid foundation for the improvement of ranging precision of binocular vision method further in actual measurement.
