摘要 目的比较某部战士和大学生体成分,分析两者存在的差异性。方法随机选取50名战士作为研究组,60名大学生作为对照组,用体成分分析仪检测体成分。结果研究组蛋白质、瘦体组织、水分与体质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而体脂百分数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论战士的体成分更优于大学生,有效的体育锻炼可能是影响体成分组成的主要因素。 Objective To compare the body composition of soldiers and college students, and to explore the influence of physical exercise on body composition. Methods Fifty soldiers and sixty college students ( control group) were included and their body compositions were compared and analyzed. Results Body protein,lean body mass,fluid and weight in soldier group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈0. 05). However,the percentage of body fat was significantly lower in the control group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The body composition of soldiers group is better than that of control group, so effective physical exercise maybe the primary influence element of body composition.
