摘要
采用韩国Inbody3.0人体成分分析仪对福建师范大学体育专业和非体育专业女生身体成分进行测试。结果:体育专业女生蛋白质含量、无机盐含量和水份总量均高于非体育专业女生,二者具显著性差异;体育专业女生体脂肪%、WHR均低于非体育专业女生,二者具显著性差异。小结:体育锻炼能增加去脂体重、减少脂肪,使身体成分向有利于健康方向发展。
The In - body 3.0 body composition tester was applied to test the body composition of athletic professional and non - athletic professional female undergraduates in Fujian Normal Universities. Results : there is an obvious difference between the two types of female students in protein, inorganic salt and water content which were higher in the body composition of the athletic professional female students, and in fat% and WHR which were lower in their body composition. Conclusion: physical training can increase weight that has less fat and reduce fat, thus enabling the body composition to develop in a healthy way.
