摘要
对精馏塔性能进行模拟与分析的首要问题是进行NH3-H2O的相平衡计算,本文首先选择了5种物性计算方法在1 MPa和2 MPa压力下进行相平衡计算,发现以Peng-Robinson-Boston-Mathias(PR-BM)方程预测相平衡有很好的准确度;然后建立了经默弗里效率(Murphree efficiencies)修正的氨水吸收式制冷精馏塔平衡级模型,对模型进行了分析计算,计算结果与文献中的实验数据吻合得很好,验证了所建立模型的可靠性;最后在不同的运行工况下探索回流比、进料浓度、进料位置对精馏过程的影响。所得结论对进一步提高氨水吸收式制冷系统的性能系数(COP)具有积极的指导意义。
The primary task of simulation and analysis of the characteristics of distillation column is the calculation of NH3-H2O phase equilibrium. Firstly, in the present study, five kinds of property calculation methods were selected and tested under different pressures of 1 MPa and 2 MPa, respectively. It’s found that the Peng-Robinson-Boston-Mathias (PR-BM) method predicts the vapour-liquid equilibrium with sufficient accuracy. Then, the equilibrium stage model of the distillation column in the ammonia-water absorption refrigeration system revised by Murphree efficiencies was developed and calculated. The results are found to be in good agreement with experimental data from literature, which verifies the reliability of the model. Finally, the influences of reflux ratio, feed concentration and feed position to the distillation process were explored under different operating conditions. The conclusions obtained have active guidance meaning to further increase the coefficient of performance of the ammonia-water absorption refrigeration system.
