Experiment and simulation of performance for ammonia absorption refrigeration system

摘要 通过对氨吸收制冷系统中主要部件建立稳态集总参数模型,采用板效率修正平衡级模型确定精馏塔实际板数,分析精馏后氨气质量分数对制冷系统性能的影响,对进料状态、发生温度、回流比等操作参数进行优化。结果表明,制冷剂中水分的存在会对系统蒸发压力、蒸发温度,系统制冷量和系统热力系数(COP)产生影响。经不同板效率值修正的各级塔板上液相中氨的组成分布相差较大,提馏段塔板数对系统COP的影响较大,精馏段塔板数对精馏效果的影响较大。操作参数中存在使得系统性能最优的最佳发生温度、最佳回流比。 A steady-state,lumped parameter model is established tbr the main components of ammonia absorption refrigeration system (AARS). The effect of the mass fraction of ammonia on the periormance of AARS is studied. The operation parameters are optimized. The results show that the water in the refrigerant has great influence on evaporation temperature, evaporation pressure,cooling capacity and coefficient of performance (COP) of the A ARS. The distributions of ammonia in liquid phase after update of the plate efficiency are greatly different. The numbers of stripping section and distillation section significantly affect the COP and distillation effect, respectively. There are optimal temperature and reflux ratio to obtain the best performance.
