摘要
利用超声波辅助乙醇提取木棉花总黄酮,再利用响应面分析法对其提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,选择3个对木棉花总黄酮提取率影响较大的因素,即料液比、乙醇浓度、超声功率为自变量,以木棉花总黄酮提取率为响应值,进行Box-Behnken中心组合试验,建立总黄酮提取率的二次多项式回归方程,分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用,得出超声波辅助乙醇提取木棉花总黄酮的最佳工艺参数为:乙醇浓度为0.41 mg·m L^(-1),料液比为1∶31,超声波功率为470 W。在该条件下做验证试验,得到木棉花总黄酮提取率为4.35%。
Total flavonoids were extracted by ethanol from kapok flowers using an ultrasound-assisted extraction technology. The technology was further optimized by response surface methodology. Based on the results from single-factor experiments, three factors were chosen that had a greater effect on final yields of total flavonoids, namely, solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, and power of ultrasound. Taking these three factors as independent variables and the total extracted flavonoid yields as response values, a Box- Behnken central combination experiment was conducted. A quadratic polynomial regression equation was established to analyze the significance of each factor as well as their interaction on the extraction yield of flavonoids. The best technological parameters for ultrasound-assisted ethanol extraction of total flavonoids from kapok flowers are as follows: Ethanol concentration of 0.41 mg· mL^- 1 , solid-liquid ratio of 1:31, an ultrasonic power of 470 W. Under such condition, the rate of total flavonoid extraction from kapok flow-ers was 4.35%.
