响应面优化超声波辅助乙醇提取蜂胶黄酮工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章研究了超声波辅助乙醇提取蜂胶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上分析超声时间、超声功率、乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、液料比等6个因素对总黄酮得率的影响,根据中心组合(Box-Behnken)试验设计,采用4因素3水平的响应面分析法进行响应面试验,并对各个因素的显著性和交互作用进行分析。结果表明,超声时间27min、超声功率220w、乙醇浓度73%、提取温度66℃,该条件下的蜂胶黄酮得率为23.38%。 The optimum technological requirements of extracting flavonoids from propolis were investigated. In the extraction, to analyze the experiment process through single factor, including the ultrasonic time, the ultrasonic power, ethanol concentration, extracting temperature, extracting time, the ratio of solid to liquid. On the basis of this, the orthogonal experiment was tested. Based on Box-Benhnken central combination design the experimentation with four factors and three levels, analyzed the significance of each factor and the interaction between the factors. The optimal levels for each variable to obtain the highest diameter of inhibition zones were as follows: 27min of ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power 220w, the ethanol concentration of 73%, extraction temperature 66℃. Under these above conditions, propolis total flavonoids rate was 23.38%.
