摘要
目前高层建筑的外墙已禁止采用瓷砖、马赛克等容易脱落的材料进行装饰,越来越多的外墙开始使用各种颜色的涂料进行喷涂。传统的喷涂方式均由工人搭乘吊篮进行高空作业,人身安全系数低,劳动强度大,喷涂效率低,厚度不均匀。为此,文中研发了一种高层建筑外墙喷涂机器人,在保证喷涂质量、喷涂效率的前提下,具有体积小、重量轻、无需工人进入吊篮、适于现场操作、安全系数高等优点。该机器人不仅可用于高层建筑外墙的喷涂作业,还可用于高层建筑外墙的清洗作业。
Nowadays,the outer walls of high-rise buildings are not allowed to be decorated with tiles and mosaics that might fall off. More and more outer-walls are being sprayed with different colors coatings. The traditional spraying work is finished by workers in overhanging basket,which is dangerous and labour-intensive. The spraying efficiency is low and the coating thickness is difficult to keep balance. This paper develops a kind of coat spraying robot for out-walls of highrise buildings. Under the premise of guaranteeing the spraying quality and efficiency,this kind of robot has advantages of small size and light weight. The workers need not enter the overhanging basket, the facility is suitable to operate, and the safe factor is high. The robot can not only be used in the spraying work of skyscrapers but also in the cleaning work of high-rise buildings.
