摘要
传统油气处理装置中油气压力要求较高,而且装油结束后残存的带压油气会排入大气,排放的VOCs气体浓度较高且不能全部进入回收系统,此方法存在一定安全隐患等问题与不足。从油船晃荡液货舱逸出油气处理装置的设计要求出发,文中利用AutoCAD设计出了一种新型油船晃荡液货舱的油气处理装置,并介绍了其工作原理及主要组成。最后并从结构、技术、操作、经济等方面论证了设计出来的油船晃荡液货舱逸出油气处理装置的可行性。结果表明,这种装置是可行的,具有操作简单、自动化程度较高、回收率高,无二次污染等优点。
Because of higher requirements of hydrocarbon pressure and the emission of the residual pressurized hydrocarbon into atmosphere after the completion of loading of oil, effluent VOCs gas with higher concentrations cannot enter the recycling system entirely, so there exists potential safety hazards and deficiencies in the traditional hydrocarbon processing apparatus. Auto CAD is used to design a new hydrocarbon processing device for sloshing liquid cargo tank of oil tanker according to the design requirements. Its working principle and main components are described. We demonstrate the feasibility of the designed exsilient hydrocarbon processing device from many aspects including structure, technology,economy, operations, etc. The results show that this device has many advantages of simple operation, high automation degree, high recovery, no secondary pollution.
