摘要
为研究深水环境下焊接工艺,需要研制采用快开门结构的高压焊接试验舱,该舱的自动可靠运行是进行水下焊接模拟试验的重要保障.本文基于PLC设计的高压焊接试验舱控制系统,能根据舱内的气体压力控制液压系统对快开舱门进行开关控制,实现对试验舱的操舱控制、气压控制和焊接参数的测量.采用PLC仿真软件进行的模拟试验表明:所设计的PLC控制程序能据不同条件下设置的输入开关信号和模拟气体压力信号产生输出信号,准确可靠地完成控制过程,对于高压焊接试验舱的研制和安全运行具有重要意义.
The high pressure welding test tank with quick - open door structure need to be designed for studying weld technology in deep water. The automatic and reliable operation of the underwater welding is an important guarantee of simulation test for research on deepwater welding technology. A control system of hyperbaric welding test chamber is designed based on PLC, which can achieve the control of test chamber' s behavior, gas pressure adjustment and measurement of welding data. Simulated tests indicate that the system can generate accurate out- put signals according to the operation input and gas pressure signal and realize control process reliably, which is important to the development and safe operation of the hyperbaric welding test chamber
