原发性前列腺印戒细胞癌1例报告并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨原发性前列腺印戒细胞癌的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析1例原发性前列腺印戒细胞癌患者的临床资料:患者64岁,因进行性排尿困难2年,肉眼血尿2个月入院治疗,行经尿道前列腺电切术。结果:术后病理检查为前列腺印戒细胞癌伴黏液腺癌及管状乳头状腺癌。免疫组织化学结果:PSA+,PAP+,CEA-。术后给予局部放射治疗,随访8个月未见复发和转移。结论:原发性前列腺印戒细胞癌临床罕见,恶性程度高,易出现转移,需依赖组织病理学及免疫组织化学检查确诊。
