摘要
背景:多种细胞因子对骨骼肌细胞的生长发育起重要作用,包括细胞因子、生长因子、炎性蛋白等。目的:探讨多种细胞因子的生物学特性及其对骨骼肌细胞及胰岛β细胞的影响。方法:以"细胞因子、脂联素、瘦素、内脂素、骨骼肌细胞和胰岛β细胞"为中文检索词,以"cytokine,adiponectin,leptin,visfatin,skeletal muscle cells,isletβcell"为英文检索词。在中国期刊全文数据库和PubM ed数据库中检索2002至2015年的相关文章,共检索到文献253篇,排除重复和相似文献,最终纳入53篇进行分析。结果与结论:脂联素是最近发现的一种脂肪特异性蛋白质,可促进骨骼肌细胞摄取、储存和利用葡萄糖,从而提高胰岛素敏感性。瘦素对肌卫星细胞有激活作用,可以促进骨骼肌成肌细胞的增殖,对骨骼肌细胞生长和发育有重要作用。内脂素是一种多效细胞因子,广泛存在于骨骼肌、肝脏、骨髓中,具有调节炎症反应和免疫功能的作用,促进骨骼肌的葡萄糖吸收和葡萄糖的代谢,对骨骼肌细胞应激反应和信号转导有重要作用。
BACKGROUND: A variety of cytokines such as cytokines, growth factors and inflammatory proteins play an important role in the development of skeletal muscle.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the biological characteristics of a variety of cytokines and their effects on skeletal muscle cells and pancreatic β cells. METHODS: Relevant articles published from 2002 to 2015 were retrieved in CNKI and Pub Med databases using the English keywords "cytokines, adiponectin, leptin, visfatin, skeletal muscle cells, pancreatic β cells". Initially 253 literatures were obtained, and finally 53 eligible literatures were included based on the exclusion criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: As a fat-specific protein newly found, adiponectin can improve the insulin sensitivity by promoting glucose uptake, storage and utilization in skeletal muscle cells. The activation of muscle satellite cells and skeletal myoblast proliferation are both dependent on leptin, so leptin plays a vital role in the skeletal muscle cell growth and development. Visfatin, a pleiotropic cytokine, widely presents in the skeletal muscle, liver and bone marrow, and participates in the regulation of inflammation and immune function. Furthermore, visfatin contributes to glucose uptake and metabolism in the skeletal muscle, and makes considerable effects on the stress and signal transduction of skeletal muscle cells.
