摘要
对某直流冷却型火电厂的取水、用水、耗水,及水量平衡情况进行了分析,针对电厂各系统提出了节水改造方案。具体包括:优化全厂用水系统及流程,将低含盐量、低悬浮物的污水处理后串联回用至下级用水系统;含煤废水及渣溢水水质复杂,完全收集处理后在本系统回用;大海或长江纳污能力强,脱硫废水经监测达标后方可排放。采取上述方案进行节水改造后,单位发电量取水量由改前的1.05m^3/(MW·h)降至0.36m^3/(MW·h),达到节约型火电厂单位发电量取水量要求。
The water intake,usage and consumption situation were analyzed for a coal-fired power plant with once-through cooling system,and the water conservation proposal was put forward for the power plant.The wastewater with low salinity and suspended solids was treated and reused for the downstream water system.The coal washing wastewater and slag water overflow with complex characteristics were completely collected,treated and reused in the original system.The flue gas desulfurization wastewater could be discharged to waters with large assimilative capacity after being treated according to relevant discharge standards.After water conservation reconstruction,the water intake of the power plant decreased from 1.05m^3/(MW·h)to 0.36m^3/(MW·h),which met the requirements of energy-saving.
