摘要
在工业化、城镇化的快速发展过程中,气象灾害和资源环境问题已经成为湖北长江经济带发展的重大挑战,走生态保护和绿色发展道路已成为湖北长江经济带的战略选择。生态文明建设离不开气象保障,研究提出了建立生态气象综合立体观测系统,提升生态保护和修复气象保障能力,加大气候资源开发利用,不断优化生态气象服务发展环境,建立湖北长江经济带气象保障体系,发挥湖北资源优势,改善生态环境,实现从生态大省向生态强省转变。使气象保障体系为促进生态系统自我修复和恢复、增强生态系统稳定性、推进自然生态系统质量整体改善、加快建设美丽湖北和长江大保护提供有力支撑。
In the process of the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the meteorological disasters and resources and environment problems have become the major challenge of Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt development,ecological protection and green development road of Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt has become a strategic choice.The construction of ecological civilization can’t be separated from meteorological support.The research proposed to establish a comprehensive three-dimensional ecological meteorological observation system,enhance the meteorological support ability of ecological protection and restoration,increase the development and utilization of climate resources,continuously optimize the environment for the development of ecological meteorological service,establish a meteorological support system of Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt,play the resource advantages of Hubei,and improve the ecological environment,realize the transition from ecological province to strong province.We will enable the meteorological support system to provide strong support for promoting the self-repair and restoration of the ecosystem,enhancing the stability of the ecosystem,promoting the overall improvement of the quality of the natural ecosystem,and accelerating the construction of the great protection of Yangtze River and the beautiful Hubei province.
