摘要
患者安全问题已成为医疗行业一个亟待解决的问题,我院借鉴国内外经验,建立医疗不良事件上报系统,初期取得一定效果,但是发展还不够成熟。我们还应做出更多努力以推进该系统的发展,全面保障患者安全。
Patient＇s safety has become a problem, which needs urgent solution in medical world. Our hospital intro- duces the experience at home and abroad to establish a medical adverse event reporting system, which has achieved early suc- cess. But the development of the system is not mature enough. So we should make more efforts to promote its development to fully guarantee patient safety.
