摘要
目的探讨比卡鲁胺联合化疗治疗去势抵抗性前列腺癌(CRPC)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月至2016年2月期间青岛市中心医院收治的78例CRPC患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组患者采用多西紫杉醇化疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用比卡鲁胺治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者有效率为92.3%,高于对照组的69.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者不良反应发生率为28.2%,低于对照组的35.9%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论比卡鲁胺联合化疗治疗CRPC能够有效控制血清PSA水平,缓解患者临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,且并未增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of bicalutanmide combined with chemotherapy in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer（ CRPC）. Methods Seventy-eight CRPC patients treated in Qingdao Central Hospital from June 2014 to February 2016 were included. Patients were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 39） and the control group（ n = 39）. The control group was given chemotherapy agent docetaxel and the observation group was given docetaxel combined with bicalutanmide.Clinical effects,adverse reactions and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 92. 3%,significantly higher than 69. 2% in the control group（ P〈0. 01）; there was no significantly difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and side effects between the two groups（ 28. 2% vs35. 9%）（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Bicalutanmide combined with chemotherapy for CRPC can effectively control the serum PSA level,while alleviating the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the quality of life,and did not increase the adverse reactions and side effects. Accordingly it is worthy of promotion.
