摘要
目的探讨Galectin-3基因多态性与宫颈癌易感性和预后的关系。方法选取2010年1月至2014年3月海南医学院附属医院妇科收治的宫颈癌患者120例为观察组,120例健康人群为对照组,用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对Galectin-3基因rs4652位点进行基因分型。结果携带CC+CA型患者罹患宫颈癌的风险增加,等位基因C为危险基因,且CC+CA型患者5年生存率低。结论 Galectin-3基因rs4652位点等位基因C是罹患宫颈癌的危险基因,并影响预后复发。
Objective To explore the relationship between the polymorphism of Galectin-3 gene polymorphism and susceptibility and prognosis of cervical cancer. Methods Select patients from The Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from January 2010 to March 2014 with 120 patients with cervical cancer in therapy group and 120 healthy individuals in control group. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（ PCR-RFLP） was used to genotype rs4652 of Galectin-3 gene. Results CC ＋CA carriers have an increased risk of cervical cancer and allelic gene C is the risk gene,and the 5 year survival rate in patients with CC ＋ CA genotype was low. Conclusion Rs4652 Galectin 3 gene loci allelic gene C is the risk gene which can cause cervical cancer and affect the relapse prognosis.
