Astragalus Polysaccharides Improving the Disease Resistance

摘要 研究了不同质量浓度黄芪多糖处理过的小叶杨(Populus simonii)在接种杨树烂皮病菌(Valsa sordida)后其体内与抗性有关的物质含量和酶活性的变化,探究了黄芪多糖增强植物抗病性的作用机制。结果显示:黄芪多糖对杨树烂皮病菌菌丝生长具有抑制作用;低质量浓度黄芪多糖在短时间内能够提高小叶杨叶片内可溶性糖质量分数,而高质量浓度黄芪多糖可使小叶杨叶片内可溶性糖质量分数缓慢持续增加;0.010 g·L_(-1)黄芪多糖处理后,叶片内可溶性蛋白质量分数和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性均显著高于对照组;而总酚活性在0.100 g·L_(-1)黄芪多糖处理组中达最高;黄芪多糖各质量浓度处理后,叶片内叶绿素a、b及总量均显著高于对照组。黄芪多糖能够通过提高与抗性相关的物质的含量及酶的活性来提高林木自身抗性,从而促进林木的生长发育。 To explore the mechanism of Populus simonii treated with Astragalus polysaccharide in enhancing the disease resist- ance, we measured the concentration of active substances and the activities of enzymes in simonii seedlings sprayed with Astragalus polysaccharides and then inoculated with Valsa sordida. Astragalus polysaccharide could inhibited the growth of V. sordida. Low concentrations of Astragalus polysaccharides could improve the soluble sugar content in leaf of simonii seedlings in a short period of time, while the soluble sugar was increased slowly and continually for a long time at high con- centrations of Astragalus polysaccharides. Astragalus polysaccharides of 0.0l mg/mL could significantly improve soluble protein content and PAL activity in P. simor^ii, compared with the control. After treated with 0.1 mg/mL Astragalus poly- saccharide, the total phenolic content in Populus simonii reached the highest. Different concentrations of Astragalus po- lysaccharid improved the content of chlorophyll in P. simonii, and were significantly higher than the control group. Astraga- lus polysaccharide could raise the substances content and enzyme activity in P. simonii related to the resistance to improve the resistance of trees, and thus promote the growth of trees.
