成人眼外肌CT测量解剖学初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的探讨正常成人眼外肌CT解剖学形态特征,并初步确定其参考值范围。②方法收集无眼眶相关疾病成年患者1 000例,行轴位螺旋扫描,利用多平面重建(MPR)对眼外肌解剖特征进行观察,并测量眼外肌各个径线长度及最大横截面面积,比较不同性别与不同侧别有无统计学差异。③结果正常成人眼外肌双侧对称,不同性别之间相同眼外肌解剖参数均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。眼外肌的解剖参数具有一定的分布规律:轴位内、外直肌最大径较为接近,小于上、下直肌最大径;矢状位内、外直肌最大径较为接近,大于上、下直肌径线。正常成人眼外肌轴位最大径、矢状位最大径、冠状位最大径及横截面积平均值:内直肌(4.0±0.53)mm,(9.5±0.89)mm,(10.2±0.89)mm,(28.9±4.20)mm2;外直肌(3.6±0.56)mm,(9.7±0.92)mm,(10.4±0.90)mm,(29.3±4.91)mm2;上直肌(8.1±0.86)mm,(3.9±0.53)mm,(8.8±1.03)mm,(26.8±4.24)mm2;下直肌(7.0±0.94)mm,(4.2±0.59)mm,(8.2±0.74)mm,(28.7±4.10)mm2。④结论 CT多平面重建能够清晰显示眼外肌的解剖特征,并能初步确定眼外肌各个径线的正常参考值范围,为临床诊断提供影像学参考依据。 Objective To explore the morphological characteristics of CT in normal adult human eyes,and to determine the range of reference value.Methods Collected 1000 cases of adult patients with no orbital related diseases, underwent axial spiral scanning, using multi--planner reformation (MPR)of ocular muscle anatomical characteristics were observed,and measured the ocular muscle at various size line length and maximum cross--sectional area.Analysed and compared the different gen- der and side whether have significant difference. Results The ocular muscles of normal adults were symmetrical on the two sides, there were no significant differences in the anatomic parameters of the same eye muscle between different sexes(P〉0.05).The anatomic parameters of the ocular muscles muscles have a certain distribution rule.in the axial position, the maximum diameter of the medial rectus and lateral rectus was relatively close, and the maximum diameter of the medial rectus and lat- eral rectus was smaller than that of the superior rectus and inferior rectus^In the sagittal position,the maximum diameter of the medial rectus and lateral rectus was relatively close,and the maximum di ameter of the medial rectus and lateral rectus was greater than that of the superior rectus and inferior rectus.The maximum diameter,sagittal diameter,maximum diameter of coronal and cross--sectional area of normal adults:Medial rectus(4.0±0.53)mm, (9.5±0.89)mm, (10.2±0.89)mm, (28.9±4.20) mm2 ;External rectus(3.6±0.56)mm, (9.7±0.92)mm, (10.4±0.90) mm, (29.3±4.91) mm2 ; Superior rectus(8.1±0.86)mm, (3.9±0.53)mm, (8.8±1.03)mm, (26.8±4.24)mm2 . Inferior rectus muscle(7.0±0.94)mm.(4.2±0.59)mm,(8.2±0.74)mm.(28.7±4.10)mm2.Conclusion CT multi planar reconstruction can clearly show the anatomical characteristics of the ocular muscles and can prelimi- nary determination of the range of normal values of each diameter of the ocular muscles.and provide a reference value for clinical diagnosis.
