Effect of Microcrystal Inorganic Heat Preservation Material on Improving the Utilization Rate of Heat Energy of Curing Barn

摘要 采用单因素试验设计,研究了微晶无机保温材料在提高烤房热能利用率、节约烤烟烘烤成本、提高烤后烟叶质量等方面的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,添加微晶无机保温材料烘烤成本较低,烤后烟叶等级质量好、评吸质量好;在5个不同添加厚度和比例的处理中,以内墙厚度1.5cm添加75%的微晶无机保温材料的处理效果最好,具体表现为能耗较低,每烘烤1 kg干烟平均节煤0.20 kg,节煤率达14%以上;在经济性状方面,烤后烟叶的上等烟比例提高了4.6个百分点,烟叶均价平均提高2.0元/kg;感官评吸质量较高,化学品质均衡。 Single factor experiment design was used to study the effect of microcrystal inorganic heat preservation material on improving the utilization rate of beat energy of curing barn, saving the cost of flue cured tobacco and improving the quality of the cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that: compared with the control, the lower cost of flue cured tobacco with adding microcrystal inorganic heat preservation material, the quality of cured tobacco leaves was good, and the quality of smoking was good; from 5 different adding thickness and proportion of processing, treatment effect of the inner wall thickness of 1.5 cm add 75% microcrystal inorganic heat preservation material was the best, the specific performance of the energy consumption was low, and the average coal consumption of 1 kg dry tobacco was 0.20 kg, and the coal saving rate was more than 14%; in terms of economic traits, the proportion of the first class tobacco leaf of cured tobacco increased by 4.6 percentage points, the average price increase of 2.0 yuan/kg(RMB) of tobacco; high quality of sensory evaluation, balanced chemical quality.
