CanPatrol^(TM)法检测肾癌患者循环肿瘤细胞的初步分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨CanPatrol^(TM)技术检测肾细胞癌(RCC)患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)的可行性。方法应用CanPatrol^(TM)技术对泌尿外科经病理确诊的8例肾细胞癌(RCC)患者和2例肾良性肿瘤、2例泌尿系结石合并感染、2例健康自愿者外周血检测CTCs。所有患者均签署知情同意书。结果 6例(6/8)RCC患者外周血CTCs阳性表达,平均3.62个(0~10个)。2例肾良性肿瘤、2例泌尿系结石合并感染、2例健康自愿者外周血未检测到CTCs。结论初步证实CanPatrol^(TM)检测RCC患者外周血CTCs是可行的,具有诊断价值,但仍需要进一步研究。
