摘要
中职学校对接应用型本科院校,实施"3+4"中职——本科对口贯通分段培养模式,搭建职业教育人才培养立交桥,将职业教育向本科层次延伸,贯通中职学生继续学习提高的通道,可以丰富职业教育的办学层次,融合中职教育与本科教育的理念,提升职业教育的教学质量,增强学生的综合素质与社会适应能力。本文结合电气工程及其自动化专业试点项目的实践,对"3+4"中职——本科对口贯通分段培养模式进行了研究与探索。
Secondary vocation school docking applied colleges and universities by taking “3+4” training mode enables vocational education to extend to undergraduate level, which can broaden the road for secondary vocational students to have further learning. Taking the major electrical engineering and automation as an example, exploration and practice to the “3+4”training mode have been taken in this paper.
