江淮地区野燕麦遗传多样性研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解江淮稻麦轮作区野燕麦种群的遗传多样性,为种下单位的划分及生物学特性和防除的研究提供依据,在安徽省境内14个地市(县)共采集野燕麦样本14份,种植于半野外环境下,用聚类分析方法对不同群体的多项指标进行对比分析。结果表明:研究地区野燕麦不同群体之间存在明显的遗传多样性。根据样本间形态等性状的遗传差异,14个野燕麦群体可分为两大聚类群,分别为聚类群Ⅰ、聚类群Ⅱ;同时又可将聚类群Ⅰ分为3个明显的亚聚类群。沿淮和沿江地区的野燕麦群体明显不同,这可能与土壤沉积物源、土壤pH值及土壤水分含量不同有关。 To study Jianghuai rice-wheat rotation region wild oats population genetic diversity,for the division of the unit and provides the reference for the study of biological characteristics and control, this experiment in 14 cities of Anhui province,a total of 14,collecting wild oats samples grown in half wild environment, with the clustering analysis method for different groups of indicators were analyzed. Results show that the study area wild oats existed obvious genetic diversity between different groups. According to the morphological traits such as genetic differences between samples, 14 wild oats groups can be divided into two groups,groups Ⅱ ,gathering groups Ⅱ respectively,At the same time,gather groupsⅠ can be divided into three distinct cluster groups. Along the Huaihe and areas along the Changjiang river wild oats group were obviously different, this may be related to soil sediment source,soil PH value and soil water content.
