草地早熟禾种质资源遗传多样性的RAPD鉴定与分类研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)标记,筛选出69个随机引物对32份草地早熟禾品种遗传谱带进行分析,46个引物共扩增出了197条扩增片断,其中多态性带数为195条,每个引物扩增出1~9条多态性带,平均每条引物扩增出4.3条。根据Jaccard相似系数分析RAPD结果,并利用NTSYS软件,按UPGMA平均法进行聚类。结果表明,第一大组群包括18个品种,第二大组群包括3个品种,第三大组群包括2个品种,第四大组群包括8个品种,第五大组群仅1个品种,为C_2。 Genetic diversity of 32 Kentucky bluegrass cultivars was analyzed based on random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) markers. A total of 197 bands were amplified, while 195 bands were polymorphic. One to nine polymorphic bands with an average of 4.3 could be amplified from each primer. The RAPD data of 32 cuhivars were analyzed and separated into different groups by Jaccard's coefficient and UPGMA clustering method with NTSYS software. Eighteen of the 32 were in group 1, 8 of the 32 were in group 4. The remains were in other 3 groups.
