摘要
目的:通过对上海市城区老年人医养需求进行分析,研究本市老龄化后养老延伸服务的发展趋势,探索与区域经济、社会及人口发展相适应的医养结合养老运行新模式。方法:以文献查阅、问卷调查和访谈的方式,对医养结合养老模式运行现况及老年人养老需求进行分析研究。结果:被调查人群医疗需求以慢性病为主,养老需求中子女养老比例较高,愿意入住带有医疗功能的养老机构的占半数以上,子女越多,入住养老机构及护理院的意愿越弱。结论:关注改善目前老年人"长寿不健康"状况,推动养老方式向多样化转变、调整,选择适合和合适的医养结合养老服务新模式来完善与优化社会养老体系的建设。
Objective： Through the analysis of elderly＇s demand for medical and nursing services in Shanghai, the trend of the elderly service extension is studied, and the new model of elderly care adapting to the regional economic, social and demographic development is explored. Methods： Based on literatnre review, questionnaire and interview, the current situation of the pension model and the needs of the elderly in the elderly were analyzed and studied. Results： Investigation of the medical needs of people with chronic diseases, higher proportion of children pension needs, to pension institutions stay with medical function accounts for more than half, more children, in the pension institutions and nursing homes will get weak. Conclusion： Future concern will be focused on the improvement of elderly health status and the promotion of a diversified adjustment for appropriate medical care and nursing services in order to enhance the social elderly care system.
