摘要
目前,从食药用真菌中分离到多种生理活性物质,如蛋白质、多肽、多糖及萜类等,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血脂及抗氧化等生物学功能。生物活性肽指对生物机体的生命活动有益或具有生理作用的肽类化合物。食药用真菌蛋白质资源丰富,生物活性肽的开发利用前景广阔。现综述了食药用真菌生物活性肽的制备研究进展,以期为其进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。
At present,multiplicate physiological active substances have been separated from edible and medicinal fungi,such as proteins,peptides,polysaccharides and flavonoids,which possess many kinds of biological functions,such as immunomodulatory,antitumor,hypolipidemic and antioxidation,etc..Bioactive peptides refer to the peptides beneficial to vital movement or physiological effects.Bioactive peptides from edible and medicinal fungi have fundamental resources and extensive exploitation perspective.The research advance on the preparation of bioactive peptides from edible and medicinal fungi was summarized in this paper,and some references for their further research and application were put forward.
