摘要
以"长富2号""新红1号"和"红富士"芽变优系苹果为试材,采用常规的石蜡切片法,比较了3份供试材料叶片的解剖结构,测定3份材料的叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、上表皮组织厚度、下表皮组织厚度、CTR、SR和栅海比等8个与抗旱性相关的生理指标,运用隶属函数法对3份供试材料的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:3份供试材料的叶片解剖结构存在一定程度的差别,芽变优系和"新红1号"的栅栏组织发达、海绵组织和叶片较厚,极显著大于"长富2号"。由隶属函数法综合评价出3份供试材料抗旱性强弱的顺序依次为"新红1号">芽变优系>"长富2号"。综合分析表明,芽变优系具有叶片厚、栅栏组织发达、海绵组织厚等短枝型苹果的特征,其抗旱能力强于长枝品种"长富2号"。
Using conventional paraffin method to compare the bud mutation,‘Nagafu 2#'and ‘Xinhong 1#'of leaf anatomical structure.And through the determination of the three apple cultivars of the leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,spongy tissue thickness,upper epidermis thickness,lower epidermis thickness,CTR,SR,P/S,eight physiological indexes related to drought resistance.A comprehensive evaluation by subordinate function of three varieties of drought resistance was conducted.The results showed that it was different in the leaf anatomical structures of them.The bud mutation and ‘Xinhong 1#'of the palisade tissue thickness,spongy tissue thickness and leaf thickness significantly higher than ‘Nagafu 2#'.The drought tolerance of three tested materials was in the following order:‘Xinhong 1#',bud mutation,‘Nagafu 2#'.Comprehensive analysis showed that the bud mutation had the characteristics of leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness and spongy tissue thickness of spur type apple.At the same time the drought-resistant ability stronger than the long branch varieties of‘Nagafu 2#'.
