摘要
当下,高职院校存在学生参赛热情不高,第二课堂缺乏职业技能竞赛氛围,实训设备无法适应职业技能竞赛要求,竞赛体制机制不够健全,仅注重应试式培训等问题。文章指出,高职院校组建"拔尖人才"团队,营造职业技能竞赛文化氛围,将职业技能竞赛融入专业人才培养方案,积极组织校级职业技能竞赛,健全职业技能竞赛的体制机制等措施,改变职业技能竞赛现状,能提升高职生的专业核心竞争力。
At present, there are problems in higher vocational colleges, such as students＇ low enthusiasm in participation, lack of vocational competition atmosphere of the second classroom, training equipments＇ inconformity to requirements of vocational skills competition, incomplete competition and institutional mechanisms, and sheer attention to exam-oriented training and so on. Through research and analysis,this paper suggests that higher vocational colleges set up a ＂top-notch talent＂ team,create a cultural atmosphere of vocational skills competition, integrate vocational skills competition into professional talent training scheme, actively organize school-level vocational skills competition, improve the system and mechanism of vocational skills competition, and change status of vocational skills contest,so as to enhance the vocational college students＇ professional core competence.
