摘要
目的 探讨比索洛尔与甲巯咪唑对甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）合并快速心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法 选择2015年1-12月在我院接受治疗的甲亢合并快速心律失常患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组给予甲巯咪唑单药治疗,观察组给予比索洛尔联合甲巯咪唑治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的74.36%（χ^2=7.65,P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后的FT3、FT4、TSH均显著低于对照组,且观察组的FT3/FT4相对更高（t=10.34、13.50、13.43、12.54,均P〈0.05）;观察组的不良事件发生率和不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组（χ^2=5.43、6.17,P〈0.05）。结论 比索洛尔联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲亢合并快速心律失常患者的效果确切,能有效改善患者症状,降低不良事件发生率,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of bisoprolol combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism complicated with rapid arrhythmia . Methods 78 cases of patients with hyperthy‐roidism complicated with rapid arrhythmia in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into an observational group（treated with methimazole only） and a control group（treated with bi‐soprolol combined with mthimazole） with 39 cases each .The two groups＆#39;s efficacy were observed and compared . Results In the observation group ,the effective rate was 92.31% ,significantly highter thatn the control group＆#39;s （χ^2 =7.65 ,P〈0.05）;after treatment ,FT3 ,FT4 ,TSH in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group ,and the FT3/FT4 in the observation group was relatively higher （t= 10.34、13.50、13.43、12.54 ,P〈0.05）;The adverse event rate and the incidence rate of ADR in the observation group were both significantly lower than those in the control group （χ^2 = 5.43、6.17 ,P〈 0.05） . Conclusion For the patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with rapid arrhythmia ,the treatment of bisoprolol combined with methimazole can effectively improve symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse events ,reliable curative effect ,with high pro‐motion and application value .
