摘要
目的 分析和评价胃病病人口腔健康行为。方法 对 42 6名病人进行问卷调查。结果 本组胃病病人每天刷牙 2次或 2次以上者占 2 3 % ,刷牙 1次者为 49.8% ,2 7.2 %的人从不刷牙 ;86%的病人牙刷使用时间超过 60d,71.6%的病人不知道牙刷应保持在干燥环境中 ;3 2 .6%的胃病病人每天进甜食或甜饮料 2次以上 ;在过去的 1年中 ,60 .1%的人牙龈出血 ,3 0 .2 8%的人牙齿疼痛 ,有 5 6.81%的胃病病人从未看过牙医。结论 胃病病人口腔自我卫生保健意识较差 。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the oral heath behavior of gastrosis patients.MethodsA questionnaire was designed for face to face interview over 426 gastrosis patients in view of general data, self oral nursing behaviors as well as oral symptoms and medication.ResultsThe survey showed that 23% of them brushed their teeth twice a day or more; 49.8% once a day, 27.2 % never. 86% of them used the same brush more than 60 d. 71.6% did not know the brushes should be laid at dry place. 32.6% consumed sweet snacks or sweet drink more than twice a day or more. In the previous year, 60.1% had gingival hemorrhage and 30.28% suffered tooth pain. 56.81% never saw dentists. ConclusionOral health behavior is poor in the pastrosis patients.
