摘要
数字T/R组件是数字阵列雷达的重要组成部分,由于其集成度高、测试项目多,所以在研发生产中需要使用自动测试系统。文中针对数字T/R组件的测试需求,介绍了一种自动测试系统,内容包括硬件设计方案、参数的测试方法以及系统集成和试验,该系统已应用于数字T/R组件的测试。
Digital T/R module is an important part of the digital array radar. Due to the high degree of integration and large amount of test items in digital T/R modules, automatictest systemis necessary during development or production test. In order to meet the test requirements of digital T/R module, an automatic test system is introduced in this paper, including the design scheme, test method of parameter, systemintegration and test . This system has been applied for the testing of digital T/R modules.
