摘要
自动化测试是当前我国测试领域的主流,本文介绍了采用VXI总线组建通用化测试系统的设计方法,论述了全面提高系统模块化、标准化、开放性的设计思想。
Now the automatic testing system has wide application in China.This paper introduced the method for general test technology based on VXI bus.The discussion included system hardware and software design,and emphasized or upgrading the modularization, opening and standardization of the system.
