摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种多系统多脏器受累的自身免疫性疾病,常常合并认知障碍,给患者带来更加不利的影响,使其疾病负担加重。然而SLE合并认知障碍患者的诊断并不简单,需要多学科共同诊治。本文主要综述了目前SLE并发认知障碍患者的临床特点、疾病负担、诊断困境及相应神经精神评估方面的认知和研究现状,旨在提升SLE合并认知障碍患者的临床诊治和研究工作。
Systemic lupus erythematosus（ SLE） is a multisystemic and multiple organs-involved autoimmune disease,and often complicated with cognitive disorders,which can significantly increase patients＇ predicaments and increase the costs of illness. The diagnosis of cognitive disorders is not simple in SLE,and it needs multidisciplinary cooperation. Aiming to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as other research works of SLE combined with cognitive disorders,the clinical features,illness Burden,diagnosis difficulties,and the corresponding neuropsychological assessment and research status were reviewed in this paper.
