摘要
祐汉区作为澳门移民集中区,经历80多年的发展,从澳门最早的"新村"逐渐进入衰败期,片区亟待活化。活化更新过程中如何保持片区的活力,减少对市民生活的影响并带动澳门关闸区域的城市再生成为重要课题。分期更新、相互衔接成为改造设计中最重要的手段,以服务改造过程的城市生活为主旨的分期接口空间得以强化。
Yu Han area as an immigrant concentration area of Macao has entered the decline period gradually from the earliest ＂NewVillage＂ of Macao after 80 years and it has been the most urgent need to active. How to maintain the vitality of the area during the processof regeneration, reduce the impact on people＇s lives and drive Macao Guanzha area city regeneration has become an important topic.Staging update, mutual convergence has been the most important design means. The staging interface space to serve the city life duringthe regeneration process is strengthened.
