摘要
大理大学在"十三五"发展规划中,围绕"两个高地"和"两个基地"建设目标,提出了"三化一突破"(教育思想的现代化、管理手段的信息化、教育水准的国际化和博士点零的突破)的发展任务。全面分析这些发展任务的具体含义与内在关系,阐释学校提出这些发展任务的依据以及实现这些发展任务的具体路径。
In its development planning of the Thirteenth Five-year Plan, Dali University centers on the aims of 'Two Highlands' and 'Two Bases', proposes the mission of 'Three Key Tasks and One Breakthrough'(Namely, Modernization in Education Ideology,Informatization in Administration Measure and Internationalization in Education Standard, along with One Breakthrough in building Ph.D. programs), analyzes the concrete meanings and internal relations of the mission for the development, and expounds the grounds of proposing the mission and specific routes of implementing the tasks.
