摘要
当前,我国经济发展进入了新常态,新常态下的非公有制经济发展也面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。2016年以来我国民间投资出现了明显下滑现象,为此,近期国务院常务会议提出对促进民间投资的政策落实情况开展专项检查。郑州市上半年民间投资情况如何?存在哪些影响民间投资的因素?本文对此展开调研,并提出可具操作性建议。
At present, China's economic development has entered a new normal, the development of the non-public ownership economy under the new normal is also facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Since 2016, China's private investment has appeared a marked decline, for this purpose, recently in the executive meeting of the State Council, it is proposed to carry out special inspections on the implementation of the policies to promote private investment. What is the private investment situation in the first half of year Zhengzhou? What factors affect the private investment? In this paper, the research is carried out, and some suggestions are put forward.
