摘要
目的分析早期介入康复训练及护理对脑卒中后患者并发吞咽功能障碍的影响。方法收集本院康复医学科住院部脑卒中后患者作为研究对象共62例,随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施早期介入康复训练及护理。比较2组护理效果、吞咽功能评分差异。结果观察组患者护理有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组患者吞咽功能评分与对照组对比,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗1周、2周、4周,观察组患者吞咽功能评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期介入康复训练及护理对脑卒中后并发吞咽功能障碍患者有良好护理效果,对改善患者吞咽功能有积极作用。
Objective To analyze the impact of early intervention rehabilitation training and nursing on post-stroke patients with swallowing disorders. Methods A total of 62 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine care was given in the control group and the observation group was given early rehabilitation and nursing. Nursing effect and swallowing function score were compared. Results The response rate in the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in swallowing function scores in two groups （P〉0.05）; After 1week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks of treatment, swallowing function scores were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation and nursing for stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction has better nursing effect, and it can improve swallowing function.
