摘要
医疗市场竞争的日益加剧以及人们对医疗服务要求的不断提高,对医院急救护理工作提出了更高的要求,有效急救护理被摆到了医院提升整体服务水平的议事日程上来,笔者受营销管理4P策略的启发,提出了提升急救护理水平的4P模式, 即有效急救护理的开展有赖于急救护理人员以平和的心态冷静应对急重事务的良好心理素质(placid-平和),快速、准确、果断的预见性护理水平(prefigure-预示),关键护理环节的把握能力(pivotal-关键),以及由多人分工协作共同参与的团队合作精神 (participator-合作者)。
The fierce competition in medical market and the rising needs of people for quality medical service push emergency nursing to a higher stage so that effective emergency nursing has been part of entire medical service of a hospital. Enlightened with 4P policy in marketing management, the authors put forward 4P model of emergency nursing, which includes placid - the good mental quality with which they can handle the emergencies, prefigure - the speedy, accurate and determined prefiguring nursing, pivotal - their ability to catch the nursing key and participator - their team spirit to participate in the rescue.
