摘要
考察自拟中草药饲料添加剂对獭兔免疫功能的影响。将32只獭兔随机分成4组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,每天按0.5 g/kg、0.7 g/kg、1.0 g/kg剂量添加饲喂中草药饲料添加剂;Ⅳ组作空白对照。各组基础日粮相同,自由采食饮水,试验期为60 d。结果显示实验组獭兔免疫器官质量、免疫器官指数、血清免疫球蛋白水平都有增强作用,提示中草药饲料添加剂具有一定的提高獭兔免疫功能的作用。
Effect of reciped Chinese Herb additive on immunologic function in rex rabbit was studied. 32 rex rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with 0.5 g/kg, 0.7 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg of Chinese herb additive daily, respectively, while group Ⅳ was the blank control. Every group had the same basal diet, and diets and water were available ad libitum during 60 days of experimental period. The results showed that the immune organ weight, immune organ index and serum immunoglobulin levels in experimental groups were all enhanced. It indicated that Chinese herb additive could improve immmune function in rex rabbit.
