摘要
介绍了锌锅装置各阶段发展过程的特点和锌锅升降装置在热镀锌机组中的应用,分析了电动式锌锅升降装置和液压式锌锅升降装置的结构和特点。自主设计制造的锌锅升降装置替代进口,是有较好的发展前景。
The characteristic of the zinc pot plant in different development process and the application of zinc pot lifting device in hot-dip galvanizing line were introduced, construction and characteristic of the hydraulic zinc pot lifting device and the mechanical zinc pot lifting device were analyzed. Independent design, complete set of electric zinc pot lifting device to replace imports has a good application prospects.
