摘要
本文采用2003-2014年187个中国对外直接投资国（地区）的跨境数据，实证分析了产业结构变迁及其引起的O砌行业构成的变化对我国（粕1的影响效应。结果表明，产业结构合理化和高级化对OFDI均具有显著的正向影响，且两者之间对O砌具有交互效应。在OFDI行业构成方面，信息传输、计算机服务和软件业与房地产业以及科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业等三个行业占比的增加对OFDI具有显著的正向影响，农、林、牧、渔业与电力、燃气及水的生产和供应业等两个行业占比的增加对OFDI具有显著的负向影响，其他行业占比的增加对OFDI具有不同程度的影响。
Based on the data of 187 host countries （regions） of China＇s OFDI from 2003 to 2014, the paper empirically studies the impacts of China＇s industrial structure change and the changes of OFDI industry composition on China＇s OFDI. The empirical results show that the rationalization of industrial structure and the industrial structure upgrading both have positive effects on China＇s OFDI, and as well as have interactive effects on it. In the respect of the changes of OFDI industry composition, the increase of the share ratio of the informa- tion transmission, computer services and software industry and real estate industry and sci- entific research, technical services and geological exploration industry has a significant posi- tive impact on China＇s OFDI, the increase of the share ratio of the agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery and electric power, gas and water production and supply in- dustry has a significant negative impact on China＇s OFDI, while the increase of the share ra- tio of other OFDI Industrial composition has different impacts on China＇s OFDI.
