摘要
目的观察肾细胞癌的临床流行病学特征,探讨MicroRNA-421与肾癌之间的相关性。方法回顾性分析109例肾癌患者的临床病例资料。结果 miR-421表达水平与肾癌的病理类型、病理分级、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤侵犯程度无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论 miR-421对不同程度的肾癌具有良好的判断效果,可作为不同病理期肾癌的潜在诊断标准。
Objective To observe the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of renal cell carcinoma,and the corre- lation between MicroRNA-421 and renal cell carcinoma （RCC）. Methods Clinical data of 109 patients with renal cell carcino- ma were retrospectively analyzed. Results miRNA-421 expression was closely related to pathological type,pathological grading, TNM staging,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of renal cell carcinoma（P 〈 0.05） ,and miRNA-421 expression was not closely related to gender, age and tumor invasion （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion miRNA-421 in renal cancer with different degrees has good effect, it can be used as the potential diagnostic criteria for renal cell carcinoma in different pathological stages.
