摘要
目的：探讨海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及并发症。方法：采用海扶刀进行治疗子宫肌瘤198例，用彩色超声进行手术前后的测量、对比瘤体的血流、体积、回声变化、结合临床症状判断效果。结果：获超声随访的156例中，瘤体体积缩小、回声增强、血流减少、症状改善，而且并发症少。结论：海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤是一项疗效确切的手术方式，并发症少，值得推广。
to explore the clinical effects and complications of treatment for hysteromyoma with high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU）. [methods]：we treat 198 cases of Hysteromyoma with high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU）,and then evaluate the efficacy according to the clinical symptoms and the comparison of the tumor blood flow ,volume, echo changes before and after surgery,with Color Doppler ultrasonography [resuhs]：for the tumor of 156 cases with ultrasound followed-up,the size decreased, the ultrasound echo enhanced, the blood flow reduced, and also the clinical symptoms of these cases improved, the complications reduced [conclusion]：HIFU has definite therapeutic effect on hysteromyoma, with less complications ,so it is deserved to the chinical promotion
