育婴家政工情感劳动的性别化机制分析——以上海CX家政公司为例 被引量:71

摘要 本文通过对上海CX家政公司的个案研究发现,育婴家政工情感劳动的性别化机制包括两个部分。一方面家政公司通过培训将她们劳动者的身份替换为以母亲角色和家庭关系为核心的性别身份,另一方面通过替换她们有关"母亲"的知识重构她们的性别身份知识。但性别化机制存在内部矛盾,一方面公司和客户不同的性别期待造成育婴家政工的两难困境,另一方面不断浮现的劳动者身份又对她们的性别角色造成冲击,由此导致了性别化机制的瓦解,表现为她们在情感上的双重疏离。 Based on the case study of CX Company, this paper argues that there exists a double displacement phenomenon in the domes- tic workers' gendered emotional labour. For one thing, domestic workers' class identity has been replaced with that of gender identity of "mother" and "family relationship." For another thing, their knowledge of how to become a mother has been used to reconstruct their i- dentity. Furthermore, the gendered emotional labour is fragile and fluid. Different expectations for caring of babies between the compa- ny and their customers make domestic workers' be caught in a dilemma. Their constantly emerging class identity as the hired employees challenge their gende roles. All these lead to collapse of gender mechanism and constitute the double alienation of their emotions.
